Privacy policy

This policy explains how the Niti app (the "app") and the website getniti.com handle your information. Niti is developed by Krishan Singhal, an individual developer based in India ("we", "us").

The short version

The current version of the app is an early preview for invited testers. It does not ask you to create an account, and it does not collect, store or share any personal data. It has no ads and no analytics.

What the app collects

Nothing. The app works without an internet connection and does not send any data to us or to anyone else. It does not use advertising identifiers, location, contacts, photos, the camera or the microphone.

If you send us feedback

The app's "Send feedback" and "Contact us" buttons open your own email app with our address filled in. If you choose to send that email, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to read your feedback and reply to you, and we delete it when it is no longer needed for that. We don't sell it or share it with anyone.

Google Play

You install the app through Google Play. Google collects information under its own privacy policy, for example to manage testing invitations, downloads and crash reports. Testers can send feedback to us through Google Play; if you do, we see what you send and the name on your Google account.

This website

This website uses no cookies and no analytics. It is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, which processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep them secure.

Children

The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

Future versions

Later versions of the app will add features that may need personal data. Before any version collects personal data, we will update this policy, show the change in the app and on Google Play, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Your rights and contact

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to support@riffy.pro. We aim to reply within 7 days.
